Why is francine ugly on american dad

After a brief but intense shoot-off that ends with them nearly killing each other, they go to a bar for drinks and hit it off. Stan and Joanna continue dating for a while until Francine can no longer stand her jealousy. She confronts Stan and tells him how uncomfortable she is with their relationship, but finds out that the two just got married. He refuses to annul his new marriage, giving her the same excuse about honoring the vows he made to Joanna.

Francine is left alone with Hayley and Steve who are also upset about their father ditching them. However, Stan doesn't seem to care that he's tearing his family apart and his attitude makes the divorce even more awful. Stan shows a total disregard for Francine and the kids' well-being after he marries Joanne. There is no talk of how assets will be split or how the trio will be supported.

Stan remains extremely cavalier about the whole situation, even after the kids make it clear they're upset too. Even though Stan is infamously self-centered and cold, he's always been there for his family when it really mattered. Throughout his divorce proceedings and remarriage, that care was noticeably absent. Goofs When Stan has his flashback about Area 51, he goes through a door with a 'Restricted' sign.

When he's outside the door the sign is pink, once he opens the door it has turned blue. Quotes Hayley Smith : My mother stole my boyfriend! Connections Featured in Whitney User reviews 2 Review. Top review.

The Lady of the House. By coincidence I just watched the Season 1 Family Guy episode that's about Lois feeling unappreciated, and now I get a Francine-centric episode about her being mad at Stan for forgetting their anniversary. I have similar feelings about Francine as I do about Lois. She's a good support character but I'm not interested that much in episodes where she takes the focus.

Seeing her as an 80s party girl isn't particularly funny. I also Don't like Hayley's boyfriend and he is in this a fair bit. The subplot with Steve, Roger and the unsightly friend saves the episode somewhat. I'm starting to think this show might not be as funny as I remember. Details Edit. Steve is a bad friend to Snot, and it is shown over and over again how he tries to hold him down. Most recently, Steve got so jealous of Snot for bonding with Tuttle at a camp that is sentimental to him and Stan, so he sabotaged their bonding activities.

Steve, being a man, held a lot of power. Steve sold Roger to a random man for some money and a few other things. This man ended up selling Roger into the sex trade. Fortunately for Roger, it ended up kind of working in his favor. For Steve, he got stuck in the desert when he ran out of gas in his fancy car. In season 12, Steve and his friends took up the art of witchcraft. When they lose their table in the cafeteria and are threatened to be beaten up, they fight back using witch's magic and some seriously bad juju spells.

Steve gets out of control Fairuza Balk The Craft style and turns the head jock into his personal zombie. Can this show get any more entertaining? Frustrated with his lack of popularity and wanting to be apart of the lettermen jacket crew, Steve enlists the help of Klaus to help him make the team. Klaus claims he is skilled enough to not only get Steve a spot on the team but to make him the number one player.

Steve is so ungrateful and ultimately forgets that Klaus is the one actually playing the game. When he takes Steve to work and makes him the butt of his joke in front of his colleagues, Steve retaliates. Steve eventually finds out that the NSA was using him. In fact, treating him worse than his father did.
